Vihiga county, REREC to invest in green energy projects

Residents of Vihiga County are set to benefit from increased access to affordable green energy, following a joint investment of Sh50 million by the County Government and the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation (REREC).

The investment, part of REREC's Matching Fund Programme, aims to accelerate the rollout of clean and reliable electricity across the region.
