Sifuna died at a hospital in Eldoret where he was receiving treatment after suffering a stroke a few days ago.

His death was confirmed by his relative, Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna, who posted a message of condolence on his X account.

As a Family we are grateful for all the messages of love that we continue to receive. May God Bless you all," he wrote.
