Woman, 59, accused of sleeping with boy,14, defends herself in court, claims he raped her

A 59-year-old woman accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy has claimed she was raped by him on an Ibiza balcony.

Gail Dickinson has told a trial how the boy forced himself on her as she looked at holiday snaps - while his mum and gran were also in the flat.

She claimed he then chased her on to the balcony and “tried and tried again” to have full sexual intercourse with her – but she fought him off, the Daily Record reports.

But the prosecutor told her: "You’ve told us nothing but lies.”

The boy was on holiday with his family and his gran previously told the trial how she saw the pair together in the middle of the night but was too shocked to intervene.

Dickinson, of Glenrothes, Fife, denies engaging in sexual activity with the child in San Antonio last June 13.

She told Dunfermline Sheriff Court yesterday that after a night of drinking, the boy pounced on her at their flat.

Dickinson said: “It happened right out of the blue. I couldn’t believe how fast it happened. I just remember him pushing his thing into my mouth.

"I went into a state of total shock. I managed to push him back and I was saying, ‘No, stop it.’ I ran out on to the balcony and he came charging after me.”

Dickinson said intercourse did not take place.

“I managed to get away from him,” she went on.

“I’ll never forget the fixated look on his face. I was terrified. He was obsessed with having sex with me.”

Prosecutor Azrah Yousaf asked Dickinson: “Are you saying you were raped by a 14-year-old boy?”

“How would you define rape?” the accused responded.

When she was told that forced oral sex would be classed as rape, Dickinson said: “Yes then. It was rape.”

Yousaf said to Dickinson: “I have to suggest to you that you are a sexual predator. You plied this boy with drink and had your way with him. Then you cried rape, which is a despicable accusation. You’ve told us nothing but lies.”

“No, I’ve told the truth,” replied Dickinson.

Dickinson denies the allegations against her.

The trial continues.
