Kenyans mourn Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso

Kenyans are mourning after Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso was pronounced dead on 29 July 2019 at the age of 58.

Her death announcement comes hours after the Governor was taken into the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Nairobi hospital to continue with medication.

While in London, Opposition leader Raila Odinga and Kenya’s High Commissioner to the U.K Manoah Esipisu paid a visit to the hospitalized Governor.

The news has shocked many Kenyans on social media who were praying for her recovery.

Netizens took to social media to give their condolences to Laboso’s family.
