A woman has revealed just how easy it is to remove stubborn stains marks from your plastic containers.
We all know the struggle of trying and failing to rid our plastic pots of grubby oil stains, and we're probably all guilty of throwing them away when it doesn't budge - but not anymore.
Gone are the days of vigorous scrubbing and soaking pots for hours upon hours, as a savvy cleaner revealed the revolutionary method that requires little to no effort at all and takes under a minute to complete.
Adi Kempler shared the time-saving hack to TikTok and users have dubbed it 'life-changing.'
She captioned her video: "So, I never post on here but I really wanted to share this trick for getting greasy stains out of Tupperware.
"This hack has saved so many of my Tupperware friends. Try it!!!!"
The secret to the hack is kitchen roll - but you're not using it to scrub your pots.
Demonstrating the method, Adi says to squirt a small amount of washing up liquid into the dirty container.
Then, add warm water and mix until combined.
She then tears off a few pieces of kitchen roll and rips them up into smaller pieces.
Before putting the tissue into the box too, and allowing the pieces to soak up the water.
Pop the lid on firmly and shake it for approximately 45-60 seconds.
Tip the contents into the sink, making sure to throw the kitchen towel in the bin rather than letting it go down the drain.
And that's it - your container is as good as new.
Putting the paper towel in the container helps to absorb all of the oily residue that you find so hard to remove.
