Maradona blocks out picture of Aguero six years after City striker ditched his daughter

Diego Maradona is definitely not the father to be crossed - as Sergio Aguero has found out. Manchester City star Aguero married Maradona's daughter Gianinna in 2008 but split up four years later.

While Gianinna may have got over the divorce and probably stopped cutting up old pictures of the couple ages ago, it would appear Argentina legend Maradona is still bitter over the break-up.

Maradona has publicly slammed Aguero for leaving with Gianinna in the past - branding him a "wimp who I don't even want to name."

But it seemed to all be bygones until this selfie.

Not that it is obvious from an innocuous picture from inside the former Napoli forward's house with pal Matias Morla, which the latter posted on Twitter.

It looks like a chummy pose in front of a fan, globe and cute family pics.

But what is that? There's a shadowy figure clutching a child.

On closer inspections that black blob is none of than Aguero in his Atletico Madrid attire, with the toddler Maradona's grandson Benjamin.

It is unclear whether Maradona has blacked out Aguero himself or if it has been added in after the photo was taken.

Maradona is currently coaching UAE Division One outfit Al-Fujairah in Dubai.

Despite the snub from his ex-father-in-law, Aguero is battling on through by helping City to a 13-point lead at the top of the Premier League - with the hitman netting 17 times.
