Hi Chris,

Maybe I'm cynical, but despite a successful life, every day feels pretty much the same. Nothing that I'll remember for the rest of my life. All my socialising fades into a vague blur. And so are the possessions I have coveted! What can I do to make my life more memorable?

Forgettable

Chris says,

Hi Forgettable!

First of all, make sure that your work is something that you care about, and put less thought into acquiring wealth and possessions.

Put a high priority on finding a partner, because sharing your life with someone who truly loves you is the best experience you'll ever have. However good your life is as an individual, it will be far richer as a couple. Make it a fully committed, fulfilling, honest and faithful relationship.

Have children and enjoy every minute with them, because nothing else you do will ever feel as important.

Then start planning to fill your life with new experiences!

Take on some things you're really afraid of, with help if you need it, like spiders, public speaking or rejection.

Learn something completely new, like a musical instrument or a new language. See it through to the end. Put all your effort into something at least once in your life.

Study the Scriptures. Not just what they say, but where they came from, who wrote them and why.

Work abroad and understand another culture.

Run a marathon or learn a martial art.

Learn how to have great sex and be a wonderful lover. Go skinny-dipping together and dance in the rain.

Write a book. Make something you're proud of with your own hands. Learn how to cook at least a couple of really good meals.

Use the internet wisely and talk to your friends and family. Read a book about something you've never thought about before. It might change your whole life.

Start a movement for something you believe in. Spread the word, educate others and inspire them to join you. Who knows? You could leave your mark on history.

All the best,

Chris
