Let's make this delicious and super fluffy tres leches cake also known as 3 milk cake. I have received many requests for this one and I am happy to simplify the recipe for all of you at home, we are going to bake this cake in the microwave for only 5 minutes, how easy is that? Let's get baking baby!!!

What you will need:-

4 tablespoons butter

2/3 icing sugar or caster sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 tablespoons plain yoghurt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2/3 Whole milk

What to do:-

In a bowl add the butter, mix with the icing sugar until smooth, add the vanilla essence, mix with a cup of all-purpose flour, add the plain yoghurt, mix until soft, and add the baking powder and baking soda.

Finally, add the milk and mix well until smooth. Take your baking tray, grease it with some butter and then dust it with some flour so that the cake doesn't stick, pour in the cake mixture and bake in the microwave for about five to six minutes or until the cake is cooked and no longer looks wet in the middle.

For the tres leches (3 Milk)

1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk

Mix all the above ingredients and pour over the baked cake and leave to soak for about 10 minutes, once the milk has soaked well, pour some whipped cream over the top and serve chilled.
