President William Ruto says he will meet TikTok Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shou Zi Chew tomorrow, Thursday, August 24 to agree on moderation mechanisms to reduce negative content on the video-sharing application.
Ruto made the announcement on Wednesday during the Kenya Music Festivals Winner's State Concert in Nakuru.
