High-ranking individuals approached a Senator to accept a Cabinet Secretary position, but he declined.
"I would like to state that yes, I was "told" that I could be considered for the position of Cabinet Secretary. I didn't take it seriously, and I was even told who went to fight me not to get the job," said Kisii Senator Richard Onyonka.
