The Council of Governors (CoG) has lauded the decision by the Parliamentary Mediation Committee to allocate counties Sh400.1 billion for the financial year 2024/2025.

The CoG Chairperson Anne Waiguru said that devolution was meant to bring development closer to the people and ensure the transformation of regions that had been marginalised for years.
