The eight according to operation officers do not conform with the standard requirements as per the Nairobi county alcoholic drinks control Act.

The crackdown comes following an inter-governmental meeting between the Nairobi County reinforcement officers and the Multi-Agency team under the leadership of Assistant County Commissioner Mr Benjamin Anyona and Spring Valley OCS Mr Peter Tinega.

Also present were liquor licensing Chairperson Esther Mwaria, Kitisuru youth leader and a sub-county liquor member Shawn Francis.
