Barcelona centre-back Samuel Umtiti has promised to dye his hair blond if the club win the Champions League this season.

Lionel Messi was the first to change the colour of his hair during his summer holiday, while Neymar was quick to follow suit.

And fresh off the back of Barca’s 7-0 hammering of Celtic in their Champions League group stage opener, Umtiti vowed to keep the trend alive if the club go all the way in the competition.

‘If we win the Champions League, I’ll go blond,’ the Frenchman told Cadena SER.

While Barcelona made an impressive start to their Champions League campaign, they are already three points behind Real Madrid in La Liga.

Last Saturday, they suffered a shock 2-1 defeat at home to relegation candidates Alaves.
