The Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) hosted golfers for a charity golf tournament at the Muthaiga Golf Club on Friday for its 30th anniversary celebrations.

Presented by Crown Paints Limited, Sika, Mabati Rolling Mills, HydroAluminium, Forsoc and BSF.

The tournament was played under cloudy skies and featured a mixed field of professionals and stakeholders who strutted the fairways competing for prizes offered by IQSK.

Eventually, Sifra Nyongesa, playing off handicap 32, claimed the Overall title on a sterling score of 46 stableford points.

" This victory is not just a personal achievement but a testament to the unwavering support and encouragement I've received," Nyongesa said.

Adding, "Golf, as we all know, is a game of skill, patience, and perseverance. Each of you showcased remarkable talent and sportsmanship, making this journey challenging and rewarding."

The IQSK President Mutinda Mutuku thanked the senior surveyors who founded the institute for preserving the ideals and tenets of the profession over the years.

"I thank our senior fellows who have preserved our profession with dignity and integrity over the years and emphasize upholding the ethos!" Mutinda said.
