Cheyenne Wood is a professional golfer although she has not yet achieved victory on the highest tour in women's golf. Woods was born on 25 July 1990 in Phoenix, Art USA.
She started her career playing as a junior golfer in high school at Xavier College Prep where she won back to back Class 5A Arizona State Championships.
Later in 2007, she was named Arizona State High School Golfer of the Year by the Arizona Republic newspaper.
The 29-year-old began playing academic golf in the Winter 2008-09 season for Wake Forest University in North Carolina.
During this season, which was also her first college tournament, she finished 26th in the 2008 NCAA Fall Preview.
It was until 2009 when she played her first LPGA tournament at the Wegmans LPGA shooting 75-74 but sadly missed the cut.
A year later in her junior season, she won two NCCA tournaments for Wake Forest.

In 2011, she won her third big collegiate victory at the Pro Ranks Atlantic Coast Conference women's championship.
Later in 2012, she made her debut as a pro-golfer at the 2012 LPGA Championship, again failing to make the cut.
She didn’t stop there.
Woods made her first pro-cut at the 2012 LPGA Evian Masters. At the tournament, she entered the final round tied at 19th place but finished in 54th position.
In 2013, she spent her career as a member of the Ladies European Tour, one of the top LET rookies finishing 78th on the money list and recording five top 25.
She won her first pro victory in 2014, which was her second start of the Australian Ladies Masters, a tournament cosponsored by the LET and ALPG.
Towards the end of 2014, she competed in the LPGA Q-School and finished in the 11th position earning her LPGA Tour card for the 2015 season.
In 2015, she played in 17 LPGA events as an LPGA Tour rookie earning enough money to maintain playing privileges for the following season.
Cheyenne is niece to now world number all-time titles list in golf Tiger Woods.
Both were taught to play golf by Earl Wood Sr.
She is the daughter of Earl Woods Jr, Tiger's half-brother the world number one and his brother Earl Woods Jr.
Early this year, she competed in the Indy Women in Tech Championship driven by Group1001 as well as the Cambia Portland Classic.
