KCB Football Club on Sunday moved top of the FKF Premier League table after thumping Posta Rangers 3-0 in a tight round three match played at Thika Stadium.

Francis Kahiro scored a brace to inspire the bankers to the win that sees them stretch their unbeaten run in the 2024-2025 season to three matches.

Kahiro got the bankers off to a perfect start after following up Lameck Oloo's ferocious shot to give KCB a 1-0 lead in the 29th minute.

The inform forward returned to haunt Posta again and stretching KCB's lead to 2-0 after tapping from close range a well delivered cross from Kevin Okumu at the stroke of half time.

In the final half, Stephen Etyang came off the bench to seal the win for KCB who maintain their top spot with seven points after three matches.

The bankers got off their campaign with a 0-0 draw against Kariobangi Sharks before seeing off Muranga SEAL 2-0.

AFC Leopards is set to play Bidco United at the same grounds while other matches of the day include Mara Sugar hosting Nairobi City Stars in Migori while Mathare United face Sofapaka at Police Sacco Stadium.
