Defending champions Gor Mahia moved five points clear at the top of the FKF Premier League after stretching their unbeaten run to 16 matches on Friday.

Austine Odhiambo scored the winner as K'Ogalo narrowly edged out 10-man Bandari 1-0 at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.

Bandari's Brian Odera was shown a straight red card in added time as Gor sealed maximum points that saw them maintain their lead at the top of the standings with 34 points.

Posta Rangers moved to second in the standings with 29 points after their 2-0 win over Ulinzi Stars on Thursday as Kakamega Homeboyz failed to keep pressure on Gor after losing 1-0 to Nairobi City Stars.

City Stars, Homeboyz and KCB are tied on third with 27 points.

Bandari are sixth with 26 points as Tusker close the top seven with 25 points.

In the relegation zone, Shabana, Nzoia Sugar and Sofapaka hold the bottom three spots.
