Football: Sponsor happy with league

Betting firm BetKing, sponsors of the Football Kenya Federation Premier League as well as the National Division One League say they are happy with how the two leagues are run. 

BetKing entered a partnership with the Federation to sponsor the Premier League with a sum of over Sh1.2bn over five years while the third tier Division One League will have a sponsorship of Sh100mn over the same period.

“They have done well to ensure the league is running well despite the challenges,” BetKing Country Director, Ivana Ristic said.

 She spoke yesterday as the company donated oxygen tanks and assorted equipment worth Sh1 million to Mbagathi and Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital.
