Kylian Mbappe has reportedly made up his mind that he wants to leave Paris Saint-Germain in order to move to Real Madrid.

Mbappe has long been tipped to join Los Blancos - although the French forward has also been linked with Liverpool after previously expressing his admiration for Jurgen Klopp's side.

Now the 22-year-old has decided to head to the Spanish capital, according to reports from Spain, and informed PSG of his transfer plan.

Mbappe - who scored twice in PSG's stunning Champions League win over Bayern Munich on Wednesday - will enter the final year of his contract at the Parc des Princes this summer.

And he has his heart set on linking up with Zinedine Zidane's side in the summer transfer window, according to Cuatro and Cadena SER.

The Spanish sources are cited by AS, which claims Mbappe is in regular contact with the Madrid boss.

The publication goes on to assert that the La Liga giants' president Florentino Pérez will swoop for Mbappe this summer, and could aim to partner him with Haaland in a new-look attack at a revamped Bernabeu.

PSG's sporting director Leonardo would in that case have to decide whether to sell Mbappe this summer or risk losing him for free at the end of next season.

But Leonardo himself insisted he was relaxed about the futures of both Mbappe and Neymar when asked about the attacking duo following Wednesday's 3-2 win over Bayern.

“I think that when it comes to their contracts, we can be happy... we will soon get to a more concrete situation for Mbappé and Neymar contracts," the Brazilian said.

Neymar, who has frequently been linked with a return to Barcelona, grabbed two assists in the thrilling win over reigning European kings Bayern in Germany on Wednesday.

The 3-2 first-leg victory saw PSG take a huge step towards the semi-finals in the repeat of last season's final.
