Photos: Chelsea star baptized on his tour of Israel

After a long and difficult season in the Premier League, stars have decided to spend their time off in different styles.

Several Premier League players have been spotted on holiday in different countries around the world with their loved ones.

Chelsea’s David Luiz was spotted skiing with friends in Dubai while Arsenal star Shkodran Mustafi decided to go back home in Germany to cool off.

But Willian’s holiday activity stood out.

The Chelsea star has been posting photos of him and his family on social media while in Israel.

On his Instagram account that has more than 8 million followers, the Brazilian posted photos of him and his family dressed in all white being baptized in river Jordan.

“Joy in reaffirming my baptism, in a place that I consider extremely important. Jordan river!!!” wrote Willian in the caption.

The first four photos show the Europa League winner being immersed in the waters of river Jordan while the rest show his family members following his lead.

Friends and fans haven’t been left behind on this as they have showered the Brazilian with congratulatory messages on his move.

Former Chelsea teammate Diego Costa reacted on the Photos with a Clapping emoji while fellow Brazilian Lucas Moura wrote: “Glory to God! How wonderful, my brother. I'll still know this place.”

Willian has been resting after his Premier League and Europa League Exploits and he is expected to sign a new deal at Chelsea amid Barcelona links.
