RECIPE:

60ml Kettle One Vodka.

60ml Homemade Lime & Pineapple cordial.

60ml Cranberry Juice (Top Up).

In order to Garnish, you can use Orange twist & Dried Cranberries.

Method used to make the Nai Breeze cocktail is Building.

PROCEDURE:

In a custom highball glass 3/4 full with ice, pour in the Kettle One Vodka.  Follow this with the homemade lime and pineapple cordial.

Then top up with Cranberry juice.

This will create beautiful layers of color.

You then Garnish with orange twist and dried cranberries.

The Flavor Profile used is Tropical fruity with refreshing citrus notes finish.

Serve and enjoy.

HOW TO MAKE THE HOMEMADE LIME AND PINEAPPLE CORDIAL?

4 Whole fresh lime (Grate the zest and squeeze the juice).

500 g whole pineapple (Fully ripe) – Diced.

240 ml Water.

2 Rosemary springs (4 inch long).

PROCEDURE:

Place all the ingredients on a sauce pan.

Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, keep stirring gently until the pineapples are soft.

Place a side to cool then press the pineapples gently to release the syrup.

Filter using a cheese cloth to acquire a fine syrup.

Store in a sanitized air tight jar then refrigerate.

This cordial can last for weeks, keep checking for any change of taste or colour.

FOR THE NON-ALCOHOLIC VERSION –MOCKTAIL.

60ml Homemade Lime and Pineapple cordial.

90ml Cranberry juice.

Top up with splash soda water.
