Easy recipe: Spicy corn ribs

Let's make the tastiest and easiest corn recipe your whole family will crave this holiday season.

What you will need:

2-4 corncobs

1/3 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to season

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp parsley

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 tsp wet & dry fry seasoning

What to do:

Cut the corn into thick strips with its cob (this way they will look like ribs shape). In a separate bowl add the olive oil, salt & pepper, smoked paprika, chilli powder, cumin powder, and parsley add in the spices for wet and dry frying then add in the juice of 1/2 lemon mix everything well then sprinkle the marinade over the corn strips and then air fry for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside enjoy with your favourite dip or spicy sour cream sauce.

For the sauce:

Spicy sour cream

4 tbsp sour cream

1 tsp hot sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt to season

What to do:

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl to make the easiest and tastiest dip for your corn ribs.

Enjoy with an ice-cold drink.
