Thicky Sandra Mbuvi, the daughter of former Nairobi Governor Sonko Mbuvi, has stirred up reactions online after revealing her shower routine during an interview with Oga Obinna.

Sandra disclosed that she showers three times a day, a habit that she believes contributes to her glowing skin.

"I shower three times a day," she said. "In the morning, I could do coffee, then at night, I do turmeric. In between, I might do a salt scrub. It's good, I mean, my skin is speaking for itself, come on."

Sandra described her routine in detail, explaining how she manages her time. "Sometimes I might be late for a lecture or something, but it depends. So in the morning, I keep it short, like one hour. Then when I'm back from school or when I'm bored, its one hour and 30 minutes. Bedtime is two hours," she said, giggling.

However, Dr. Mary Stevenson, a dermatological surgeon and associate professor of dermatology at NYU Langone Health, cautions against frequent showering.

She explains that over-washing can dry out the skin and disrupt its natural barrier, making it more prone to infection.

"You can actually make yourself more prone to infection if you over-wash because the skin is protected with some really nice natural bacteria, and you want to preserve those," Dr. Stevenson said.

This isn't the first time Sandra has grabbed attention with her lifestyle. In March, during a question and answer session with her fans, she revealed her extravagant bride price demands.

According to Sandra, if she were to get married, her bride price would include five lions, three helicopters, 22 Bentleys, four Range Rovers, and 500 million pounds.

"My parents want five lions, three choppers, 22 Bentleys, four Rovers, and 500 million pounds," she wrote.

While many were shocked by the price tag, content creator Vincent Mboya took the opportunity to ask if he could start making payments towards her dowry.

Sandra quickly shut him down, stating that he was not her type. "You don't believe me? I am for real," Mboya insisted, but Sandra responded, "I'm good though, you are not my type. Hope you are doing good."

Sandra also shared that she is currently not dating because she believes relationships slow down her ambitions. "Relationships slow me down, they slow down my vision," she said.
