Kenya Police launch a Stadium for its teams

The FKF Premier League Kenya police FC will this year own a stadium for their football match training.

The club held a ground-breaking ceremony on Monday, an event that was attended by the Deputy Inspector General Edward Mbugua at the Criminal Investigation Department Training School, South C.

According to the club, the stadium construction is projected to be completed before the end of the year ready for use will see the club train to ease pressure on the current stadiums at Nyayo National stadium, City, Utalii grounds, Ruaraka and Thika Stadium.

This will go a long way in saving the teams’ burden on ground hire during training and home matches.

Confirming the development,  the club wrote on its twitter account: "Kenya Police Fc is a few months from owning a Stadium. The groundbreaking ceremony was held at the CID training school South C. This was led by the DIG, Mr E Mbugua alongside the team chairman Mr. Nyale and CEO, Mr. Chris. O. The stadium is expected to be complete in the course of the year." 

Others present were Club's chairman Nyale Munga and CEO Chris Onguso.?
