Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) men are the 2023 Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) Premier League champions.

KPA defeated Equity Bank Dumas 3-1 in the best of five playoff final series to retain the title they won last season when they came from behind to edge out Ulinzi Warriors 3-2.

The Dockers were crowned champions on Sunday after seeing off Equity 68-56 in the crucial Game Four match played at the Makande Gymnasium in Mombasa.

KPA took a 2-1 series lead on Saturday when they hit the banker 68-44 in Game Three.

Last week, Equity Dumas tied the series 1-1 after coming from behind to edge the Dockers in Game two by a basket. The Bankers won 70-69 after KPA won 62-53 in Game One.

KPA men now joins their women's team in celebration after the Anthony Ojukwu side swept Zetech Sparks 3-0.

KPA is still the team to beat next season after winning the men's and women's titles for the second season in a row.
