The Uhuru Highway landscaping project scooped top awards last week. This was during the Architectural Association of Kenya/Duracoat Awards of Excellence 2016 gala. Those who poked fun at the project might want to ponder the turn of events.
The project came under much scrutiny last year after the work was done in the days before US President Barack Obama’s visit. It became the butt of jokes online at the time.
