Nairobi; Kenya: Procter & Gamble has launched an upgraded range of its premium Pampers diaper as it marks 15 years in the Kenyan market. Pampers Brand Manager Tomiwa Ajewole said the new premium variant is as a result of research and innovation that sought to offer Kenyan mothers a more absorbent diaper.
“The number one need that mothers have expressed concerning a diaper is overnight dryness for their little ones. That way they are able to sleep better, and have an active day,” said Mr Ajewole.
Pampers also attributes the introduction to the growth of a middleclass and more consumers’ awareness on the advantages of using a diaper amongst Kenyan mothers.
