KANU party chairman Gideon Moi has appointed Nyainda Manasse as the party's Director of Communications.
The party leader made the announcement on Friday, June 9 through his official Twitter handle.
"I have today appointed Mr Manasse Nyainda as the Director of Communication - KANU. The 27-year-old is a versatile journalist and public relations practitioner with expertise in strategic communication, mainstream and digital media operations... I congratulate him on this well-deserved appointment," Gideon tweeted.
Manasse has been tasked with offering technical communication support and advisory to the Party and the National Chairman through timely and effective communication of policies, programs aimed at enhancing their public profiles.
Manasse takes over from Joseph Towett who has been appointed to the office of Secretary for Information, Communication and Media Relations in the Party's Policy Advisory Council.
