Azimio la Umoja One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga has accused Deputy President William Ruto of making empty election promises.

Addressing rallies in Gilgil and Naivasha, Nakuru County, yesterday, Raila said Ruto has nothing new to offer Kenyans. He noted that in 2013, learners were promised laptops which were never delivered while stadiums have never been constructed.
