The United Democratic Alliance party Delegates Convention is currently underway at Kasarani's indoor Arena.

Deputy President William Ruto who is the party leader has so far been nominated as the party's Presidential flag bearer ahead of the August 9 General Election.

Over 5,000 delegates are said to be in attendance.
