Popular musician Celine Dion has made a public appearance for the first time in three and a half years.

The 55 year-old singer was seen enjoying Katy Perry's concert held in Las Vegas on Sunday, November 5.

That same week on Monday, the 'I'm Alive' singer had attended a National Hockey League (NHL), making this the first appearance since she took a break from the spotlight in 2020.

"My boys and I had such a fun time visiting with the Montreal Canadiens after their hockey game with Vegas Golden Knights in Las Vegas Monday night," she wrote on her Instagram account after the game.

The Montreal Canadiens' Vice President of communications, Chantal Machabee, also shared a photo of herself and the 'My Heart Will Go On' singer on her Instagram.

"She's been through a lot, and to see her like this and smiling and being so happy...it's amazing. I know she has good days and not so good days, but this was a very good day, and it was reassuring," Machabee told the People Magazine.

In December 2022, Dion announced that she was diagnosed with Stiff-Person Syndrome (SPS) condition.

SPS is a rare neurological condition that gives people rigidity and painful muscle spasms.

In order to concentrate on her health, the singer was forced to cancel her own shows as well as the anticipated Courage World Tour.

Dion announced the devastating news on May 26 this year via her Instagram account. "I'm so sorry to disappoint all of you once again. I'm working really hard to build back my strength, but touring can be very difficult even when you're 100%."

Adding, "It's not fair to you to keep postponing the shows, and even though it breaks my heart, it's best that we cancel everything now until I'm really ready to be back on stage again. I want you all to know, I'm not giving up and I can't wait to see you again!'
