Activist Sadam Buke not abducted, he is in our custody- Police

Buke is suspected of facilitating and coordinating OLA activities in Isiolo and Marsabit counties.

Police have denied allegations that activist and Isiolo-based youth leader Sadam Buke was abducted, stating that he is in custody over alleged links to the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA).

In a statement dated Friday, February 7, Police Spokesperson Muchini Nyaga confirmed Buke's arrest, saying he is suspected of facilitating and coordinating OLA activities in Isiolo and Marsabit counties.
