Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has ruled out extending the amnesty for surrender of illegal firearms in six bandit-hit counties.
He said 39 firearms had been surrendered in the ongoing operation as well as 136 rounds of ammunition and one fragmented rifle grenade.
