The tribunal investigating High Court Judge Said Chitembwe has recommended his sacking.
The judge was being investigated for gross misconduct allegations.
The 12-member tribunal, assembled in May 2022 upon Chitembwe's suspension, was chaired by Justice Mumbi Ngugi.
If aggrieved by the tribunal's findings, Chitembwe has ten days to file an appeal.
The Standard understands that the tribunal's report, which is legally binding, has already been sent to President William Ruto for actioning.
