Cancer patient found murdered at Kenyatta National Hospital

Police are investigating an incident in which a cancer patient was found murdered in his bed at the Kenyatta National Hospital, Nairobi.

Comas Mutanga, 42, was Sunday found lying dead in his bed long after he had been killed. Police were called by the hospital security after Mutanga was found in his bed with a wound on the head, apparently from a blunt object.
