The High Court has ordered Buru Buru OCS Johnstone Matoke to appear in court next week on Thursday to explain the mysterious disappearance of a man they had arrested last year.
Mr Matoke was ordered to appear and testify after the family of Martin Ndung'u, who was arrested for allegedly being drunk, sued to have the law enforcers compelled to produce him either alive or dead.
