Defending champions Kenya Police Bullets maintained their perfect to the 2024-2025 FKF Women’s Premier League after seeing off Bunyore Starlets 2-0 at Mumboha Grounds, Luanda on Sunday.
Rebecca Okwaro and Mercy Njeri netted the important goals for Police Bullets who reclaimed their top spot after Mombasa Olympic temporarily moved top with their 0-0 draw against Kisumu All Starlets.
Police now have six points same as newbies Trinity Starlets who saw off Kibera Soccer Women 1-0 at Wolves Den Kajiado.
Meanwhile, five-time champions Vihiga Queens were held to a 0-0 draw by Zetech Sparks while Kisped Queens drew 1-1 with Ulinzi Starlets.
On Saturday, Kisumu All Starlets held Mombasa Olympic to a 0-0 draw at Ronald Ngala Primary School, bagging their first point of the season.
