Emily Odour, the Finance Committee deputy chairman, promised the concern raised will be considered when the next supplementary budget will be tabled.
However, the health committee refuted claims the boy child had been forgotten, reminding the county assembly that during the last supplementary budget, some money was allocated for condoms under the pharmaceuticals vote.
"The boy child should not be worried because he has been considered in health sector allocation that received a huge sum of Sh8.1 billion," Maurice Ochieng, the health committee chairman said.
During the budget debate proceedings, Sarangombe MCA Lawrence Otieno and nominated member Jeckonia Onyango were kicked out for showing up in the chambers while dressed in African attire.
Speaker Ken Ngondi described the dress code as inappropriate for the sessions.
