"We therefore strongly and categorically denounce the outcome of such a heinous offence and ask the international community not to support the results announced by Chebukati," Mr Ali said.

He said the international observers' failure to highlight and condemn the alleged miscarriage of democracy is a clear indication of their being partisan to the crime committed against Kenyans.

"Chebukati acted alone without the consensus of the majority of commissioners, contrary to the Constitution and under instruction from some powerful individuals," he claimed.

The group called for legal action against anyone involved in election malpractice.

"Kenya had spoken through their votes and elected Raila Odinga as clearly depicted on the electronic system, Kiems, they voted for transformation and eradication of corruption," said Ali.

Rose Seko, Azimio la Umoja Azimio Diaspora Campaign Secretary General, said the malpractices during elections and at Bomas of Kenya, Nairobi, under full glare of the cameras should be presented to court and the presidential results nullified.

"We need a recount conducted by an independent UN-supervised body or a fresh election," said Ms Seko.

She claimed Raila won fairly as stipulated by the IEBC system but Mr Chebukati disregarded the Kiems figures, hijacked the process, and pronounced false results.

"It is a crime against the nation and nationalities of Kenya and should be brought to justice appropriately," said Ali.
