A warder linked to the abduction and murder of a female colleague will be held in custody for eight days as officers carry out investigations.
Nakuru Chief Magistrate Josephat Kalo allowed an application filed by investigations officer Olive Ongeri, seeking the detention of Raymond Kiplimo (pictured).
Mr Kiplimo becomes the second suspect to be held over the murder of Caroline Jepchirchir.
The other suspect Joseph Kairu is in police custody. Kiplimo surrendered to Nakuru Main Prison accompanied by his family on Monday evening. Kiplimo and Kairu were with Jepchirchir before she went missing.
