Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to remove leaders causing wrangles within Jubilee party.
Sudi said Chairman Raphael Tuju and Vice Chairman David Murathe have become a liability and are being used to block DP Ruto’s 2022 presidential bid.
"Tuju and Murathe are rejects who should be removed from the party through elections," Sudi said.
"We brought Tuju into Jubilee, not because he had any support, but because we wanted to create a national face for the party. He is now baggage and should be removed," Sudi added.
Sudi who addressed a media briefing in Eldoret town on Sunday further said David Murathe who has since resigned as the party interim vice chairman and the secretary-general Raphael Tuju add no value to the ruling party.
"I want to tell the president that people you brought are illiterate. Let's look for other people to run the party," he told the press.
The Kapseret MP explained that it is not a must for the DP to be president and challenged those opposed to his bid to stop talking about him.
