Two bright needy students risk losing their chances in respective secondary schools after their parents failed to raise school fees.

Emmanuel Kanira scored 403 marks in last year’s KCPE exams while Rodgers Wanyonyi Masika got 351 marks.

Emmanuel who hails from Matioli in Shinyalu constituency was forced to drop out of Solio Primary School after his parents separated.

However, a Good Samaritan paid for his fees at Brother Richard Academy.

He is supposed to join Nanyuki High School while Rodgers Bungoma High School.

“If I will not go to school then the lineage of my father will be finished,” he said.
