More elected governors are taking the oath of office in memorable events with a number seeking to slash millions allocated for their inauguration ceremonies saying the money could serve other electorate needs.
In Nyamira County, John Nyangarama retained his seat on an ODM party ticket surviving pressure from Jubilee's Walter Nyambati who came inches close to unseating him.

The leaders, on the contrary, had a superb cake to comfortably share as the county marked the historic event.
