 In the recent past, so many people have been wondering about the Deputy President’s commitment to his wife and family. This is after a woman showed up saying that the Deputy President had sired with her a child.

The woman alleged that Ruto who is the father, was not sending money for his daughter’s upkeep, an allegation that Ruto denied giving out detailed information on how he is carrying out his responsibility as a father.

The Deputy President has come out categorically to reveal that he has great love for his wife Rachael and nothing can separate him from her.

According to the Deputy President, his wife Racheal has been so instrumental to him in general and she has helped him climb the political ladder.

Ruto talks about his former days when he used to date his wife, walking for a very long distance just to meet the love of his life.

Speaking at Sango Primary School in Likuyani, Kakamega, Ruto said that the long marriage journey that he has walked with Racheal will act as a bond that will keep him committed to her.

He appreciated the people of Kakamega for giving him a noble woman with noble character. The Deputy president promised to construct for them Kogo road in the area.

Meanwhile, the Deputy president has pleaded with the residents of Kakamega to also do him a favour by voting Jubilee Party.

William Ruto married his wife Rachel Chebet Ruto in 1991 after graduating from the University of Nairobi.The two have been blessed with six children including an adopted daughter named Nadia.
