Global hotel chain Tune Hotels will open its doors to the public in June this year. The hotel, being built in Westlands, Nairobi, marks the chain’s entry into the African market. The management says they plan to introduce a “limited service option” to the market.
We often check into hotels when we travel and we don’t get to use all the facilities an hotel can offer, like lounge chairs, baths or room service,” said Stuart Clay, the hotel’s Nairobi manager.
“We don’t want to charge you for these or other things you didn’t use, so we’ve done away with many of them.”
