Nakuru, Kenya: The committee, formed last month, was to investigate Nakuru Assembly wrangles, establish the cause and recommend ways to end the infighting.
Mr Oloo said his party will punish any member found guilty of gross misconduct regardless of their rank or status.
"This is a warning to all those involved in the misconduct. Any form of indiscipline must be brought to an end. We are not going to allow such kind of misconduct in the party," said Oloo.
Muteti said political parties should be institutions of democracy and governance and any member who goes against the wishes of the party will be dealt with.
Already, the party has summoned Bomet County Assembly nominated MCAs to appear before its disciplinary committee over their alleged support for Governor Isaac Ruto's calls for a referendum to increase budgetary allocations to counties.
TNA Chairman Johnson Sakaja said TNA and URP will at the right time dissolve and join the Jubilee Alliance Party (JAP) on whose ticket Uhuru and Ruto plan to run for re-election in 2017 General Election.
"TNA and URP and still remain independent parties. We have not joined JAP, but are working on a roadmap towards that. Anybody purporting to speak for us should be ignored," said Mr Sakaja.
He claimed that some people masquerading as officials of JAP had invited TNA and URP officials at the grassroots for various meetings.
