Students have been urged to embrace agility in their careers to stay competitive in a rapidly changing job market.
The call came as KCA University appointed Dr. Martin Oduor Otieno as its new Chancellor on Friday, December 1.
Dr. Oduor Otieno succeeds Prof. Olive Mugenda, who retired after five years in the role.
The appointment coincided with the university’s second graduation ceremony of the year, marking the introduction of a bi-annual graduation schedule designed to reduce completion times and speed up students' transition into the workforce.
In his address, Dr Oduor Otieno advised graduates to be flexible and adaptable.
