Teachers are important elements in economic development and in most cases, their interests are neglected. In spite of their toil and workload in schools, they need motivation to improve Kenya. Somebody need to voice their concerns and needs. Teachers are noble professor and respected persons and therefore deserve more salaries. Even 60% increment will not help to alleviate conditions of our P1 teachers and therefore more interventions would deem important. We can still do something to save teachers.
