Hard-boiled eggs can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack and as part of a salad. They are pretty easy to make. You can make a large batch and store them in your fridge for use during the week.

Eggs are an excellent source of protein, healthy fats and nutrients.

To prepare your hard boiled eggs follow the steps below.

1. Place water in a sufuria that is large enough for the number of eggs you want to boil. Allow the water to come to a boil.

2. Gently put the eggs, one at a time, in the boiling water.

3. Lower the flame and let the eggs simmer for about 12 minutes.

3. Once done, pour out the hot water and then put cold water on the eggs until the shells are cold to the touch.

4. Peel eggs and serve.

This is a fool-proof way to ensure your eggs are not under or over done.
