A new state of the art HIV Viral Load Testing Laboratory has been launched at the Kenya Medical Research Institute, here in Nairobi. The facility will have a capacity to test more than 1,000,000 Kenyans living with HIV every year. This is the second such establishement after another lab was installed earlier in Kisumu. The lab has been installed through a public private partnership between Roche and the Kenyan Medical Research Institute (KEMRI).
